Powder Coating

Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free flowing dry powder. The powder is applied by electrostatic then baked in an oven to create a hard finish to all metals.

Iron Phosphate De–Greasing

This is a process that degreases metals and provides some corrosion resistance, whilst also providing the metal with an etch that aids the powder bonding.

Shot Blasting

Blasting is a way of cleaning old paint and rust off of metals to prepare it for powder coating.

There are a variety of different types of blasting. We use chilled iron, which is more suitable for the removal of old paint and heavy rust.

Masking

Please state on delivery of work any areas you wish to remain powder free.

Packing

To ensure your items leave us as safe and secure as possible and to prevent damage in transit, we will pack items using a range of packing materials. If you have any special packing requirements or you would like us to use your own boxs etc please inform us when you drop the items off.

Delivery and Collection

Delivery and collection is available using our own transport, depending on the size and location of the items. Please contact us for details.
